Services

Indy Trusted Notary provides notary services including mobile notarization, remote online notarization, loan signing services, general notary services, and apostille assistance. All services are subject to availability and applicable Indiana laws.

Appointments & Payments

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our booking system or direct contact.
• Fees will be clearly communicated prior to the appointment.
• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Additional travel fees may apply for mobile services depending on the location.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide valid, government-issued identification at the time of notarization.
• Ensure all documents are complete and ready for notarization (no blank spaces).
• Do not sign documents until specifically instructed by the notary.
• Ensure all signers are present, competent, and willing to sign the document.

Remote Online Notarization (RON)

Clients using remote online notarization must have access to a secure internet connection and a compatible camera/microphone device. You must complete identity verification requirements as mandated by law. Sessions may be recorded for compliance.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Clients are encouraged to provide notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late cancellations or "No Show" appointments may be subject to a convenience fee.

Liability

Indy Trusted Notary is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or legality of the documents being notarized. Our responsibility is limited to properly verifying identity and witnessing signatures according to state requirements.
